We are an Early Childhood Education and Care consultancy and support service dedicated to promoting wellbeing, National Quality Framework (NQF) standards, children's development, and effective leadership. Our mission is to empower and guide leaders and educators in the early education and Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) sectors to enhance quality, foster critical reflection, and cultivate a positive team culture.

Working closely with educators and leaders, we ensure that their services align with the needs of families, children, and fellow educators. Our focus includes a thorough examination of NQF compliance and Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs). We offer tailored support through mentoring sessions, virtual meetings, and face-to-face consultations.

Founded by Kaitlyn Du Toit, who boasts extensive experience in Early Childhood Education and Care and OSHC, we recognised a significant gap in support for smaller, independent, and family care services across Western Australia. At The Educated Educator, we are committed to ensuring that all children receive the high-quality education and care they deserve, serving as a comprehensive support consultant for all types of services.
